When you sign in with Google we receive your Google account email address and name. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not read your Gmail, contacts, Drive or calendar.
The access request asks for your full name, position, phone number, the outlets you work with and an optional note.
We use it to confirm who you are before giving access, to decide which pages and outlets you may see, and to keep a record of sign-ins and access changes for security.
Only Sushiplus HQ administrators can see it. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
We keep it in the HQ database, hosted by Supabase in Singapore, while your account exists. You can ask us to remove your account at any time. We still keep the record of access changes for security.
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Write to it.sushiplus@gmail.com.
